Every business needs an effective hub and ours is called Paula Wilson.
She’s the person at the centre of the Wrightstyle web who makes sure that our customers enjoy a good experience with us.
That means communicating well with them and making sure that, if a customer does call in with an issue, she can efficiently put them in contact with the right person.
Wrightstyle Customer Service
That personal touch is important because, for example, a survey by Salesforce Research found that 84% of consumers said that being treated like a person, not a number, is very important to them.
Not only is customer service more important than ever, but fast response is also now expected. According to a report in NewVoice Media, when asking about a product or service, 66% of consumers expect a response to their query on the same day, and over 40% expect a reply within the hour.
That’s the fast, personal and effective customer service that Paula provides for both our domestic and export customers, as well as having responsibility for our ISO 9001 certification – an international standard that demonstrates the quality of our management systems and ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
It’s worth mentioning that Wrightstyle, unlike many of our competitors, not only has ISO 9001 accreditation for our offices, but also our fabrication and warehouse facilities – a total end-to-end reflection of our quality approach.
On top of all that, Paula maintains our accreditation to the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), which was set up in 1997 to improve health and safety standards across the UK.
It’s a scheme of which we are proud members, and for which we are externally assessed every year, underlining Wrightstyle’s commitment to health and safety in every aspect of our business.
